Berenet was the former chief lieutenant to Mendark, who later became second-in-command to Thyllan. He participated in the First Battle of Thurkad, as well as the Second. Berenet was injured during the duel between Maigraith and Thyllan and was exiled from Thurkad along with Thyllan.
