The Charon were the master people of the world of Aachan, whose original people, the Aachim, they enslaved after fleeing the void. They were originally known as the Mariem, long before being cast into the void, by the Faellem, with whom they shared their original homeworld of Tallallame. They later returned to the void to face extinction.
