Kwinlis was the leader of the Aachim of Santhenar during the hunt for the Golden Flute, as well as the first Magister of the Council of Santhenar. After the Mirror of Aachan displayed its warped nature, Kwinlis confiscated it and had it locked away in Tar Gaarn.
