Persia bel Soon was a member of Clan bel Soon and a direct descendent of the legendary Tallia bel Soon. She was indentured to Yulla Zaeff in return for Zaeff having saved her life and served as a ferocious protector of her; she was a master of both armed and unarmed combat, and had skill with the Secret Art, much as her grandmother of many generations back had.
