Yulla Zaeff was the governor of Crandor during the Lyrinx War, and was instrumental in aiding humanities campaign against their invaders. Yulla lost everything after the rise of God-Emperor Jal-Nish Hlar and as such played a vital role in helping to undermine him; indeed, this earnt her a position on the Interim Ruling Council of the empire and a seat in the future Parliamentary Council, after Hlar's defeat.
